I can't get dropbox on my Windows 11 computer to connect to the rest of the network. No one else at my company is having issues with syncing, so I know it's my computer. I've tried reinstalling Dropbox and using the offline installer. I've tried turning off my firewall during installation. I've tried uninstalling the app.…
I have been unable to get Dropbox to allow the folder to be located on an external drive. I had it on a single drive and that worked fine, but that single drive failed, and it now cannot be located to one of the external RAID5 drives. Is there a work around for this?

Hello, I'm getting a message that I can't upload files to Dropbox anymore because I'm over the Basic storage limit (2 GB). My files do not reach this capacity, according to a quick calculation I'm actually at around 0.008 GB. No one else on my team is reporting this issue. What is going on? What do I do? I saw Backup files…
I was in the middle of editing a document when suddenly an error occurred, and I could no longer edit it; it suggested I open a new tab to edit the document. When i opened a new tab, I got this error, "Sorry we ran into a problem. Please try again." I kept refreshing with the same document, no dice. Turns out my entire…
