My Dropbox is full (1.99 GB / 2 GB), but I have no files. There is a shared file/folder that shows a 404 error and I cannot remove or leave it. I cannot add it (storage full), cannot delete it, and no options are available. It seems like a ghost shared folder is using all my space. Can someone from Dropbox support fix this?

Not sure what happened it worked fine all these years. Now when clicking on sharing a file or folder I get a white empty box with the dropbox logo on the left upper corner. Not sure what is going on. I need to use that feature for my clients. Thanks,
