Improve shared folder web view by un-truncating the file names

When I share a folder with someone outside my company by sending them a link the column that displays the file name is really narrow.

File names are truncated, forcing the user to hover over each file to read the full name until they find the one they want. (And causing us to use absurdly short file name to avoid the problem!)

To find what to fix I changed the column width from 180px to 500px in my browser (which is obviously temporary) - see the improvement and the modified element details in the attached pdf.
