PDF Files Turned into .INC files and are now inaccessible

I don't see any search results for my .doc file on my iPhone.
I can see the search file list complete on my Mac but quite many are missing on the iPhone. I see that NO .doc file is shown. Only .pdf, .ppt and images. The camera uploads folder is corrupted on my desktop app.
