hello I’ve revived an email with a link to a folder in dropbox - when I click on the link it goes to my app and it says loading - but then a message comes up saying I can’t save it to Dropbox unless I purchase a monthly subscription, but I can still view it - however I can’t seem to view it either. I have no idea when to go to view the folder. And apparently I’m not eligible for support without a subscription. Any ideas?

About your issue, it sounds like the link you received is an invitation to a shared folder or a "can edit" link, which allows you to add the folder to your account.
Since shared folders take up space in each member's account, you'd need enough space in your own account to add it.
Now, you said that you got a message that you need to purchase a subscription to edit the folder, but you can still view it, however, it's not allowing you; can you tell me more about that?
Are you clicking on something that should be allowing you to view it, but isn't? A screenshot of the message would be really helpful.
Otherwise, can you ask the person who sent you the link, to send you a "view-only" link instead?
