Hello, Initially all shared links have returned a 404 error to other members. So I removed all other members, planning to re-share, but now always get this error message - so can't share at all! I've followed all advice in the help article but no differrence. And I'm sure that there are no links in any of the documents…

I can’t create a new shared link on Dropbox; I get an error.
For some reason now, I’m getting an error message trying to share a file or folder from my Dropbox. I have the Basic account and therefore no support from Dropbox. I have tons of files I need to have access to share or to be able to recover them and move to a friendlier service. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Users can't access shared link without being asked to sign up or sign in
When I go to to task bar on PC select Dropbox, then Folders Naqviagte to folder then right click 'create Dropbox link' If I share that the recipient, can't see files, they get a login screen asking them to create a DropBox account Can you avoid this, as they are not allowed to add apps to computers

I haven't been able to share files for a while

I see a white screen when trying to share a file/folder via the desktop app.
Not sure what happened it worked fine all these years. Now when clicking on sharing a file or folder I get a white empty box with the dropbox logo on the left upper corner. Not sure what is going on. I need to use that feature for my clients. Thanks,
