Why can't we talk with someone!!! I need help and I can't find it in these FAQs. :-( I shared a folder with a client but none of the subfolders will show up on their end. They are listed in the Shared list for every sub folder but they can't see them.

As a first step, have they added the shared folder to their account, and if so, do they have enough available space for it?
Assuming they have enough space, are they checking for the subfolders online or locally using the desktop app? In addition to that, can you see the subfolders when you visit your account online?
If you could send over a couple of screenshots of what they see on their end, I'd appreciate it just so I can have a visual too.
