I see alot of mentioning of this being free however I am being charged quite a bit so I wanted to inquiry if I need to fix payment method? if other people are using the app free of subscription charges. Please let me know about fixing that error so I dont get unwarranted continuous fees. Thank you

Also what do people like most or use this app for most? Is it worth keeping and using?

Can you copy and paste a screenshot of this page here, so that I can check which Dropbox plan you’re being charged for?

In general, there is a free version of Dropbox indeed (Dropbox Basic), which offers 2GB of total space.

Feel free to also take a look at this page for more details on what Dropbox offers exactly and how you can use it to store and sync your files across devices.
