Inability to prevent non-admin users from re-naming folders is a fatal Dropbox flaw

This problem is a Dropbox fundamental information security flaw. Once my company defines a folder structure it should never be changed by a user.    

Until you add a feature to prevent non-admin users from re-naming folders our company will not adopt Dropbox

This is a really good idea, real governance is needed around established folder structures.
