Ability to journal on photos

Commenting feature can be used, but it is not easy to view those comments without finding the specific photo.

Being able to use that comment feature as a note to myself on both the original and edited file. Currently I do it by uploading the photo to Flickr, where I have a Pro account, so I can keep the photo and associated notes private. It is double work as I use the tools for different things.

A simple view adjustment may be sufficient.

Would you mind clarifying a few things for me?

Can you clarify what you mean by "original and edited file"?
Can you layout the exact functionality you'd like?

I only ask as I want to find out exactly what functionality our commenting system does not address.
