It would amazing to see animated WEBP images previewed in Quick view and Preview. Currently the only way to view the animation is to download the file and then open it with an browser or image viewer that supports WEBP.

I second that (feature) request !!Specifically, I need this "Video-play an Animated WebP file" feature in the iOS app.
(currently on 4-jan-2026 I have installed version 454.2.2 on my iPhone 13 Pro)
