Hi, I need help! I initially signed up and upgraded the account onto a essentials plan with the yearly, cancelled before the trial ends on January 20th but now i need to send bulk emails but can't upgrade to the plus plan.

For years, the Dropbox Family subscription has been limited to a maximum of 2 TB. It cannot be increased. This is no longer appropriate. I expect the subscription to be adjusted accordingly. 2 TB for the current price will be very little in 2026. It is also incomprehensible that you cannot even get more storage for money.
