I'm very confused about the subscription for Extended Version History. I have a plus plan does it mean after a year photos or files I loaded automatically delete? I renewed my Dropbox subscription two days before my subscription was about to expire. I renewed it through Apple ID. The payment and subscription were confirmed by Apple, and it is active. But Dropbox said there was a failed renewal and downgraded my account to basic. My money is deducted with no renewal. Please help.
