I found a UI text rendering issue in Dropbox 270.4.3312 on macOS Sonoma 14.8.9 (Mac mini 2018).

Japanese, Thai, and Korean text are rendered as empty square boxes (tofu) in the Dropbox desktop UI.

I downgraded to Dropbox 244.4.6580 on the same Mac and the same macOS. All three languages display correctly.

So the issue appears to be specific to Dropbox 270.4.3312 rather than macOS or missing fonts.

Have you tried uninstalling the Dropbox app, restarting your computer and then reinstalling it, to see if it helps?

Yes, I have tried to unistall the Dropbox app, restarted my computer and then reinstalled V270.4.3312

It was ok when I installed back to v244.4.6580 again after that.
