Hey Dropbox team,
One small mobile squad could fix the 5 things that make people switch to Google Drive every single week:
- “Add to Dropbox” still dumps files into a random 2-year-old folder → give us root/default folder setting + one-tap root jump
- Two identical share options: “Add to Dropbox” vs “Share with Dropbox” → rename or kill one
- 7-inch phones exist → give us two-pane landscape + persistent sidebar like iPad/OneDrive
- Bulk actions & paste still force folder-hopping → add a docked action bar
- General: make the app feel built for 2025 screens, not 2015
These are the top complaints for 5+ years. Fixing them = instant retention win, basically free.
Please make 2026 the “Just Works Again” mobile release.
