Improve Dropbox local folder setup

Hi Dropbox team!

Have 2 suggestions for your review:

After re-install - the desktop app wizard does not allow to select a Dropbox folder, so I had to interrupt this wizard in order to prevent sync to default folder.
The ability to define a target folder should improve the wizard flow a lot!
Problem - each time after OS re-install, a LOT of time is spent on configuring which folders in local Dropbox folder should be online or offline (especially in case of large amounts of data).
Suggestion: Dropbox desktop app can save the online/offline folders profile in local Dropbox folder.
Then, after OS re-install - Dropbox desktop app should ask if local Dropbox folder already exists.
If Dropbox folder already exists - desktop app should check if online/offline folders profile available in folder - and if yes, the sync should be performed considering this info (and not just "Everything online-only" or "Everything offline").
