The Linux Desktop App should have feature parity with the Windows/OSX app

The Linux desktop app is incredibly lacklustre compared to its Windows and Mac counterparts. With more and more people dropping Windows in favour of Linux, this needs addressing.

Notably, it's missing Online-Only sync options. The app also looks super outdated, especially on GNOME desktop environments.
