In the previous Dropbox desktop UX, the entire sync status area at the bottom of the window (red) was clickable. I could click anywhere on the “Your files are up to date” area to open the sync status menu and pause syncing.
In the updated UX, that behavior appears to have changed. Now only the small dropdown arrow on the right side (green) is clickable. This is much harder to use because the target is tiny, especially when I need to quickly pause syncing.
This feels like a usability regression. The sync status area still visually reads like one connected control, but most of it no longer opens the menu. Please restore the previous behavior where clicking the full sync status area opens the sync status / pause syncing menu, or otherwise make the clickable target much larger.
