A standalone Replay app isn’t something we’re currently considering, our focus is on the Replay mobile web experience first. You can access Replay on mobile through your browser here: Dropbox Replay

Depending on your device, you can often add a webpage to your home screen and open it more like a traditional app too:

iPhone: Bookmark a website in Safari

Android: Add and open Chrome webpages
