How can I share a file with others to download via DocSend?

Question or Issue
I am a new user. I have already uploaded documents. I just need to know how to allow someone from outside my account to access the files so they can download them, in simple language. I have a paid account and cannot access the chatbot; I have purchased the account just for this, and I am very frustrated at the lack of customer support and useful information in the Learn Center.

Hey @BrendaSparrold - sorry to hear you're having issues with this

You should be able to find an ellipsis button that gives you the option to copy the link (to the file) when you're navigating your content normally. If you're not seeing this, can you send us a screenshot of what you see so that we can have a visual too?

Also, note that you could also share files with view and download rights with others via Dropbox directly as well.
