Bulk send - auto-release documents as they are executed and ability to delete signers

The bulk send feature is great to get the same document to multiple companies at once. However, it is real pain to only receive the executed docs once everyone in the bulk send has signed. Currently, I have to find the folder and download what has been signed. For efficiency, it would be more ideal to receive them as they have been signed. Secondly, it would be great to have the ability to delete signers in the event they sent the document via email or another way. This will eliminate them getting auto-reminders and won't hold up the signed documents from being released in the event there isn't a way to release documents as they are signed.

Hi @aeastcott, thanks for sharing the idea and explaining the workflow.

You can download completed documents before everyone in the bulk send has finished. Open the bulk send request and select "Download signed" to download any documents completed so far. They won’t be sent automatically one by one though, as the bulk send completion notification only goes out once every request has reached a final status.

You can also remove a pending recipient from the bulk send. Open the progress details, select the recipient and choose "Remove". This will cancel their individual request and stop any further reminders without affecting the rest of the bulk send.

I’ll open the idea up for voting for the option to have completed documents sent automatically as each recipient finishes. If anyone else would find this useful too, please upvote and let us know how it would fit into your workflow.

@Keith thank you for opening this up to voting. I understand documents can be downloaded once signed prior to everyone signing, however, I find it cumbersome to need to do that. For example, if I am bulk sending to 40 people and don't receive them automatically as they are signed, I have to keep going into Dropbox Sign to check who has signed and download those. Then I have to remember who I downloaded each time so I don't keep downloading the same ones over again. It adds another item on my task list and another thing to track and cross reference for weeks on end.
