Hi, I see the new beta testing AI feature that would put suggested fields into the document that I then need to double check to confirm their accuracy and still fill in any that AI missed. I can absolutely see the merit of auto-populating fields, and have been wanting this for years as it would be a massive time saver, but I don't want AI's suggestions. It often takes even more time to double check someone's work than it would for me to go through and just do it myself.
What I would like, and what I think would be incredibly helpful, is the ability to create a template of fields to dump in all at once. So for example, I upload a document and then can click one of my saved templates to add in a selection of fields based on what document I just uploaded.
Currently we have the ability to create a template that we can then send out in bulk, but that doesn't help my needs because it relies on populating information within the bulk send. We prepare individualized documents that we then upload to dropboxsign for signature. The documents all take the same fields in the same spots, hence why a template of fields would be useful for us. It would turn sending 1100 unique documents into a one click process for each one instead of having to drag and drop a dozen+ fields every single time.
