We have Dropbox business and have just over 1 TB free.
But since we only have 6 TB in total, I have to see a FALSE message EVERY time I log in:
"Storage will be full soon
Based on current trends, your team is expected to run out of storage soon. Consider adding space to prevent workflow disruptions."
I am a programmer. I understand that someone at Dropbox decided that when your customers are at 80% of their storage capacity, you should start marketing (ie hassling) so that your customers will purchase more space just so they don't have to see the irritating (and at least in our case, incorrect) messages
Nothing about this message is true for us. Our storage will NOT be full soon. Based on OUR current trends, our team will NOT run out of storage for at least 6 months to a year.
This does not serve us - it serves Dropbox only. Except not really since I won't be recommending Dropbox to anyone I know - too many design decisions focused on making Dropbox money instead of being focused on making it an awesome application that meet the needs of your business customers.
