I am have been trying to share folders with my team - business related information that has no harmful content or anything that I believe could be considered 'phishing content'. Is someone please able to tell me how I can get this blocker removed? Thanks
Title: Dropbox image viewer resets to 100% zoom when moving to the next image I am experiencing a new problem with the Dropbox web image viewer that did not occur previously. I use Dropbox to review and share large numbers of photography images. When I open a folder and click on the first image, it displays correctly using…

About a week ago, POST content.dropboxapi.com/2/files/download started returning 401 when I pass the access token via the authorization URL query parameter (the CORS workaround from the docs). The same token works if I pass it in the Authorization header instead. The URL-parameter method still works on files/upload and…

Hi there! I'm Angie, and I'm part of the Dropbox Customer Success team. I'll be spending more time here in the Dropbox Sign API community, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. 🙋♀️ Whether you're integrating our Dropbox Sign API into your application, troubleshooting an issue, exploring new functionality, or…
Hi again, this is a minor(?) but persistent bug I've been experiencing for a while now in Dropbox for Windows 11. After making certain folders online or offline some time back, this one particular folder has a red X, which in turn puts a red X on the entire Dropbox folder. I can't figure out what the issue is. Everything…
It would be very useful to have a feature that allows users to search for all folders shared with a specific person. Many Dropbox users (like myself) have hundreds of shared folders with dozens of collaborators. Currently, if I want to find all folders that a particular user has access to, there appears to be no way to do…
Has something changed in Dropbox in the past 5 or 6 months when it comes to sharing links to files? I regularly share files with a number of technically unsophisticated users. For them, I always use the "Anyone with the link can view" option. It was just what I needed. They would get an email with the link, click the link…
Recipients that are CC'd automatically receive a confirmation email that a document has been completed. However, if you select the option that all recipients receive a pdf copy attachment once completed they receive a double email. One saying the document has been completed and another with the attachment. The settings do…
I manually upload my photos from my iPhone using the Dropbox app and once a batch is uploaded, I manually have to find the same set of photos on the iPhotos app to delete them. There should be an option to “delete after upload” in the dropbox app. note: I am not talking about the automated camera upload (sync) option.
Many professionals rely on Finder's Date Modified column to quickly identify active projects. Currently, Dropbox desktop updates or metadata refreshes can cause thousands of folders to receive the same "Date Modified" timestamp, even though the folder contents have not changed. This effectively wipes out one of the most…
I have a closed group of radio stations, and we share .wav files. It's legal under radio licencing. Our file names are not descriptive (database generated 6 digit key). The meta data field "title" and perhaps "length" as optional columns would be superb. I can see this same request being helpful for photos.
