I upgraded from 2TB to 3TB on my single DropBox Plus plan, but it's not showing the additional storage, it still only shows 2TB. How do I get the addon to apply? I have the receipt email showing the upgrade.
Welcome to our forum, @ddecort! Thanks for posting here. Can you send me a screenshot of the email you mention, while hiding your personal email address? You can also send me a visual of this page. Is the email address you received it at the exact same as the one you see here? Keep me in the loop for any updates.
so what it looks like is they're making me wait until my plan renews next year. I need the extra space now as I'm already over and can't sync anything else. How do I apply the extra 1TB now, prorated, without waiting until next September…
