I have a terminated employee I can login to Dropbox account via their email and also change the password easy enough as I have emails rerouted to my email. However, I cannot access due to verification code going to their cell phone number with code. I cannot get this code to access this account. I am the owner of the business and have paid for this account and I cannot access to move folders over and also delete permanently. I have reached out to support multiple times with no help it's frustrating I feel held hostage for my own business files
