I need help to recover deleted photos/videos from 2021 – Willing to Pay

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to recover photos and videos I deleted from my Dropbox Basic account around late 2021. I know this is way past the 30-day limit, but the files are extremely important to me.

Support told me there’s no way to restore them, but I’m still hoping someone here might know a workaround or has had a similar case.

👉 If anyone here can help in any way — technically or with advice — I’m more than willing to pay whatever is needed.

I can absolutely empathize with losing access to old files, but unfortunately like support said there's no way for us to access files that were removed that long ago.

It's not an issue of money, we don't have the ability to access them. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

The only way would be if you had a device connected to Dropbox that had them stored locally and not sync'd to the cloud.

Dropbox cannot, at all, recover them. Just think of the legal implications of them telling people they'd deleted stuff and then not actually doing it (not to mention how much data that would consume).
