Missing files from my account but I didn't delete them

I have Dropbox Basic

I had two dropbox folders where I saved short videos from the same dropbox account every month (15th day aprox.) one short video captured from outside security camera to dropbox.

Now these files are gone and I have not deleted them myself...🤔

There is nothing in deleted files folder either. This malfunction may have occurred more than 30 days, happened maybe ~2+ months ago because I have the february 2025 file saved.

Can I get these files back, there where many years snapshots (~5 Years * 12 snapshots)?

Head's getting old, I have moved my files elsewere... I have planned this long time already but did not remember that I actually did it! 😆

Thanks about the 'events page', that helped me to get head straight.

Hi there, @mkuja, sorry to see that you're missing files from your account.

Can you check your events page, to see if you can find any deletion events related to those files?

Where I can find this 'events' link normally, is it somewhere in sidebar or where?

For sure I can click the given link but want to know for the future.

The link doesn't exist on the Dropbox site. They removed it years ago, for unknown reasons. Just open the link in Hannah's reply and then bookmark it.
