Our team is a bit annoyed that they can't seem to download signed documents from DocSend in PDF format; they always come as .zip files with certificates.
Is there any way to toggle an option to download the signed documents themselves as PDFs? This is making our filing more cumbersome.
The system these files are going to will not accept zip files, so the extraction is just an extra step for every single contract.
