I upgraded from 2TB to 3TB on my single DropBox Plus plan, but it's not showing the additional storage, it still only shows 2TB. How do I get the addon to apply? I have the receipt email showing the upgrade.

Is the email address you received it at the exact same as the one you see here? Keep me in the loop for any updates.
