I deleted a pending signature document in Dropbox Sign and I want to recover it

Question or Issue
I have a pending signature document in dropbox sign but I have deleted it. I want it to be recovered however, I can't see any files in the "deleted for everyone" section in dropbox sign. I also checked the "deleted files" in dropbox and there's no file in it. Please help me to recover this document in the dropbox sign.

When exactly did you delete the file from Dropbox Sign? Are you the creator of the document?

Did you upload the file from your Dropbox account, or from your computer directly to the Dropbox Sign site?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Hello, I deleted the document one day ago and I uploaded the file from our Drive and not from dropbox itself. Hence, I cannot see it even in the deleted files in the Dropbox deleted files folder. Also, it's still pending signature when I deleted it. I'm not the creator of the document. What I would like to happen was to restore it to it's pending state in dropbox sign itself. Would it be possible or if not what would be another workaround?

Can the owner see the document after selecting the “Deleted for everyone” option on their own Dropbox Sign account, @rcvergs?
