When I send a file for a signature via Dropbox Sign, I get logged off the Dropbox site

I upload contracts to a dbox folder, then click send for signature. After it sends I land on the Dbox docu sign site. When I try to go back to my regular dbox site, I'm logged out (even though I click remember me on the login page). I go to log back in and get an error saying there is a problem to check the status site. I have to go to my history and find a recent link to a folder to get back into my dbox. Sometimes I have to send multiple contracts a day and this is just gets annoying. What can I do to stop this form happening?

I use the most recent firefox web browser to do this. on a dell inspiron 16

Could you try switching browsers to see if the same behavior occurs again?

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
