I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding a set of files that were unfortunately deleted from my account. These files were videos and pictures from my honeymoon in Dubai, taken during a skydiving experience with iFly Dubai. They were originally shared with me via Dropbox, but I did not save them in time. iFly Dubai has since informed me that the files are no longer available on their end.
I am extremely devastated, as these files hold deep sentimental value. I am currently going through postpartum recovery, and knowing that I may never be able to experience skydiving again for health reasons makes this loss feel even heavier. These memories represent a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I would be so grateful if there were any way Dropbox could help me recover them.
