My account got deleted by accident. Can I restore it?

Good evening! I have a major issue which is my account has been accidentally deleted without my permission In the last 24 hours and I’ve only found out this morning. I had loads and loads of important files and memories which were stored in my dropbox account which I cannot lose.. is there any way to recover my deleted account?

Hey @isharrr let's jump right into this!

Would you be able to share some additional context in regards to the deletion? I'm guessing these were the steps that you followed in order to delete your Dropbox, right? 

Is it possible that your account was deleted due to inactivity? 

In both cases, keep in mind that it’s not possible to restore your account, or any files that were previously saved in it. 

If you had the desktop app installed on your device you can double check whether you still have access to your old Dropbox folder, so that you can locate your content that way.
