I seriously can't believe this.
Two personal files of mine (videos) from January 2016 and February 2016 just disappeared in front of my own eyes. They are not in "Deleted Files" or any other folder and I have not removed them myself. I work in IT support myself and have already gone through all the basic troubleshooting steps. This issue seems to be on Dropbox’s end.
I need these files urgently restored as they are important personal data. Can the Dropbox admins please investigate why this happened and whether Dropbox has any system in place that could have removed them?
This is very alarming. Please let me know if the files can be recovered.
