No results when searching for files I recently added to my account

I am trying to search in some recently added files and notice that I get no results for files I've added in the last week or 2. I can open a folder and see that the picture is in the folder but when i search for that picture by file name it says "no results". I've tried it on the Adroid App and on a web browser. The files are clearly there but I get no results. I've force stopped the app, cleared the cache and recent search results.

Hey @Shakyjake64, welcome to our Community.

How did you add these files to your account? The desktop app, website, or mobile app?

And are they available when accessing your account online?

If they are, I'd suggest you also try using a different browser or an incognito/private browsing window.

Let me know how it goes and we'll go from there.

I used Firefox on Windows desktop. Previous files that I used Firefox with have no problem when being searched. Only recent files. I recently got a new Galaxy S21 and it seems to be the pictures I have taken/saved on this phone that cant be searched once they're on Dropbox. I take the pictures from my phone and resize them on my computer to make the file size smaller, then transfer them to Dropbox via Firefox web browser. It's only the pictures that have been taken/saved on my new phone that seem to do it. All the files are there in the folder on Dropbox, but can't be found with a search.

I used Microsoft Edge browser just now and they seem to be uploading properly (searchable after upload).
