How can I forever close "update your credit card" banner. Send me an email one week before my account expires. Keeping a banner up for five months in annoying.
A little x sign on the left does not work.
Thanks for posting this on our Community, @xelnx. Can you let me know your current Dropbox plan, as shown here? Feel free to copy and paste a screenshot of it in this thread, if you wish. Have you tried accessing your Dropbox account via a different browser, as a test? Are you seeing the banner there, as well? Keep me in the loop for more info.
It appears in Chrome and Edge.
The banner is such a miserable design that it does not take into account that, for some time, a minority of users cannot provide a current credit card. Such minority users are penalized by a CONSTANT banner for no logical reason. In addition, the banner has that circled X symbol, which usually means close. However, it doesn't work. OK, I have spent too much time on this nonsense, but it has certainly put an idea in my mind: Drop the Dropbox!
Hi again @xelnx,
I'm going to keep our conversation here (as opposed to across this thread and the idea you posted).
We do appreciate the feedback and I will pass it on internally to see if theres any possibility of changes we can make.
Thanks again.
Thank you, Neal!
