I attempted to recover photos that I deleted about six months ago, but I am receiving a message indicating that I am on a Plus subscription and do not have eligibility to recover files from that time period under this plan.
Accordingly, I canceled my subscription in order to switch to the Professional plan, which is supposed to allow recovery of files deleted up to six months ago. However, when attempting to switch plans, I receive an error message and cannot complete the process.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and guidance on how to complete the upgrade and recover the files.
