White Screen when I try share a file or folder

Question

Not sure what happened it worked fine all these years. Now when clicking on sharing a file or folder I get a white empty box with the dropbox logo on the left upper corner.

Not sure what is going on. I need to use that feature for my clients.

I am having DB actually used on the web, on Win11-based laptop, and on my iPhone. All the other devices are legacy = old ones, now irrelevant.

Indeed I've got an OS-level socks5-proxy. But I tried both with it enabled and disabled, also added dropbox and its sub-domains to the exception list. Result is the same (failure).

Previously (on older builds) sharing was working with the same config (multiple devices connected; proxy enabled).

Feels like the root cause is the bad build.

Is it possible that you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link?
