Can we request the email address (can provide) to be suspended or deleted asap as being used to spam all contacts in our colleagues contact list!

Without letting us know on the Community, is the email address you're referring to using your domain name, or a different one entirely?
Have you already forwarded the email to abuse@dropbox.com, if they're attempting to use phishing techniques?

the email address is using a different domain which is well known, however the leading part of the email is made up on work address to make it seem as though it came from a trusted source. Ticket #25271456 was raised after mailing into abuse@dropbox.com with the issue previously. The ticket has been unsatisfactorily closed as the Dropbox account STILL today been used to send malicious links. Can you either reopen the ticket or open a new ticket with [Removed as per Community Guidelines] so we can discuss via email please. Regards,

Thanks for the update. I would recommend sending another email to that address, as they are the team that specializes in this field, and we wouldn't be able to provide any different responses to them.
Hi Jay, I have reported to abuse@dropbox.com again. to mention the emails being delivered today begin Reminder...therefore not sure if this an automated email when a file has not been opened. Do you require anything from us as proof the Dropbox account being misused for illegitimate purposes? This will hopefully speed up any action needed to be taken. Thanks
If you have any additional information or proof that you wish to provide, you can submit it as a reply to the email you received when you contacted the abuse@dropbox.com address for the team to look into it further.

Thanks for the info. It can take time to receive a response from the team, so we'd recommend waiting for at least 24 hours for the team to respond to your message.
