One of my team folders disappeared before my eyes with an error that it doesn't exist.

I am manager of a group that has been using Dropbox Basic for at least 7 years. I went to the site using my normal process this evening. "MplsWritersGuild Team Folder" popped up as usual, except then disappeared and a red boxed note appeared "MplsWritersGuild Team Folder does not exist."

How can I get it back?

Do you happen to have a screenshot of the "MplsWritersGuild Team Folder does not exist.” error you mention?

In general, team folders can be created if you’re part of a Dropbox team (and not the free Basic plan). Was your Dropbox account part of a team and it got downgraded perhaps?

Other than that, I’d like you to check your Deleted files and Events pages. Can you see the folder there and restore it?

If not, please take a look at your Shared tab, too.
