How do I see precisely WHEN files were deleted? I just received an email saying I "recently" deleted 1000+ files from Dropbox. I need to know WHEN they were deleted, to know if error or not. Looking at deleted files in Dropbox online, I can't tell.
It would also be helpful if Dropbox showed the path for the file and when it was last modified. But no. Is there no way to show anything other than filename, size, and the fact that it's deleted?

Our events page might give you a more specific insight in order to achieve what you're looking for.
The events you see there are sorted by time, starting with the most recent changes at the top of the page. The page allows you to choose a specific date and/or a specific shared folders to drill down into.
If you would like to know more about a specific event, you can click on the blue link to open the event details page. For larger events this page will list all files included in it. For most deletions, you will be able to recover the files from this page.

This helped. Still too bad can't sort on and see info on files the way one can in File Explorer, but this helps.
