I have been paying a yearly subscription for the past 8 years and all this time thought it was for my personal account. I downgraded the personal account over a year ago and just got billed again. When I used the credit card tracking tool I found out the charge is for a team account that I cancelled years ago when I left the previous employer. I no longer have access to the admin email account to login and verify it was cancelled and no matter how hard I try to get to support I can't because I don't have an account with a subscription!
Very frustrating and shocking that they have been billing me over $100 a year for 8 years and it took me this long to figure it out and now that I have can't find a way to make it stop!!
Any suggestions on how to connect with a live person to help me?
