I have a Plus plan with 2GB and Dropbox help says to click on my initials, select settings, and then select billing. When I select settings, THERE IS NO billing on the resultant page. Have looked everywhere. Not sure what to do.

This is the page you need:
If that page doesn't show a section with your billing details, go to your Plan page and see what plan it shows for that account.
Excellent! Thanks for the screenshot, @gthompson19.
So, by the looks of it, you’re still on a Plus subscription (since you still have 2TB of available space).
Now, as you had initially upgraded your Dropbox account via the App Store and you’ve now cancelled your in-app plan, you’ll need to wait till the end of your billing cycle for your account to downgrade to a free Basic one.
When this happens, you can go ahead and re-upgrade it to a Plus plan directly via our Plans page with the payment method of your choice.
Rest assured that your files won’t be affected by the downgrade. What may happen if you go over-quota is that you won't be able to add more files to your account and syncing will pause on your linked devices till you’ve upgraded once again.
Thanks!
I have a Dropbox Plus account. I am wanting to change my billing details. I have clicked on the avatar at the top right of my browser and settings but their is no billing tab on this page. Any assistances' or advise would be appreciated
Hi @gthompson19! Hope you’re doing great and thanks for posting here.
If you click on your avatar again, do you see a “Manage account” button instead? Do you see details on your account’s billing, if you click there?
And if yes, are you seeing direct Dropbox charges or an in-app payment?
If not, is it possible you’re logged in to a free Basic account instead?
Let me know, and we can go from there.
Thanks for giving that a go, anyways! Just to clarify, do you wish to switch to a direct Dropbox plan instead of an in-app/iTunes subscription?
If yes, please send me one more screenshot of what you see on this page, and I’ll have a look.
Yes Nancy i am looking to go to a direct Dropbox plan
As requested:
Holy ******!!!! I got to the PLAN page and I have a FREE account,. The Basic Account! I have been paying $120/ year to you for a FREE account of 2GB of storage and I'm using LESS than 4 GIGABITES. This is robbery, theft, misrepresentation of product sales. I need to talk to someone RIGHT NOW
That means you have set up two accounts. Log out of the free one and in to the one you are paying for: https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge
Dropbox cannot charge you for something unless you gave them the card info to do so.
Now I'm REALLY confused -- they are asking me to update my payment info, but the card I'm using doesn't expire until 9/25, over a year from now!
