I'm getting messages that my payment failed and to update my card when I just renewed.
It's mad- your message says "363 days to renew, but it's "urgent" Billing messages are **bleep**, what is the correct position? And of curse i cant ring you or email to get an answer. see screamshots attached. i've never understood why you enjoy keeping Support so poor.
