I'm trying to restore some files, but some of them seem to be lost.

Hi, I accidentally deleted all the photos from my Photos folder. I tried to recover them through the deleted files folder and the restore option. Only some of them are back to their origin. The rest are lost. However the storage is the same, it has not decreased. How can I get them back?

Hello again. Some files have been recovered maybe 10 or 20 per year. But there were over 300 files. I have hired more space to see if that is the problem.

Have you also tried restoring your content using your events page?

The Events page at www.dropbox.com/events gives you an overview of all activity in your account including files events (adds/edits/deletes).

You also mentioned that some of the content haven't been restored. Why? Do you get any specific error messages?

Do you have enough space in order to restore the rest?
