Hi, I was auto-charged for an annual dropbox subscription and have been notified by my bank that a refund is pending action by Dropbox. How long will the refund take to process?

Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

I tried the free trial of dropbox to upgrade to pro, then I decided not to go through it. Dropbox has still charged me for the annual fee and requested for a refund. I was told that it should get back to me in 3-5 business days but it wasn't. Called my bank and they told me that it should be on dropbox's end.

Did you actually cancel the trial? It doesn't cancel automatically.
Same situation! it's already 5 business days and it still did not reflect on my account. i cannot reply on the ticket email because my subscription is already cancelled. i'm from the philippines, by the way.
Hi! so talked to a customer support last Dec. 9 to cancel my $200 plan. to sum it up, he agreed to do the refund and was told to wait for 3-5 business days for the process. it's already 5 business days and the refund is still not reflected on my account. i tried to reply to the ticket email but was not allowed to because my subscription is already cancelled and it says i can only reply to the ticket email if i'm a premium users.anyone who deals or who've dealt with the same problem? were they able to resolute the problem?

Can you please let me know your ticket ID so that I can look it up in our system too?
Also, are you getting a specific error when trying to reply to your ticket? If so, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too.
As for the refund itself, have you reached out to your bank for more information perhaps?
