Missing videos

Hello, I hope you are well. I kept a number of personal videos and confidential documents of my family in this keepsafe file. A few days ago, my mobile phone was restarted by mistake instead of restarting, and all those videos were not in iCloud. I had put it in this folder, it was deleted and I downloaded this folder again, I entered with the previous email and password, but unfortunately everything has been deleted. It is important and vital. Please cooperate. Thank you

When saying that you kept these files in a keepsafe file, do you mean Dropbox Vault, by any chance?

If yes, did you delete your Dropbox Vault at some point, and then tried to recreate it? I’m asking because if that’s the case, I’m afraid those files can’t be restored.

Please check your Events page and Deleted files page as well, to make sure there's nothing related to your files there.

Finally, you also mention iCloud; had you also saved your files on it, besides Dropbox?
