View my photos so I can organize and delete them

Hi I click on your link and for a mere split second my pics come up then BAM an image of a sleeping dog shows up. I click on the photos icon but I only get the sleeping dog image. VERY frustrating!! It's like they are forcing me to upgrade. THANK YOU

Hi,

I can get to my account but it only allows me to upgrade. I don't want to upgrade I want to delete or move my pics. But it won't even allow me to see my pics. Just an image of a sleeping dog. 😖

Are you getting that error message when accessing this page?

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

I only have the one browser Firefox. What other browser is good to use?

You can try using Chrome, Edge or Safari as alternative browsers to access the Dropbox site.

Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

No. I use to be able to view my photos because I was organizing and deleting them due to the message that it was full but now it won't allow me access and I don't understand the sleeping dog?? lol
