Hi ive shared a folder to a new team member but it hasnt updated for a while in explorer or dropbox.
Ive tried to delete that member from the file and relink them but it wont allow me.
If you just send a link then what is happening is correct - its a one time only download to their computer/Dropbox if they choose that option. They'll see updates though if they go to the link again online.

Have you added the member's email directly to the folder, or have you shared a link to the content?
Also, is the member able to see the updates online?

i dont think ive explained it very well.
I know how to share a folder, but this folder has 40 sub folders that has been shared to 40 people
it is the main folder i want to share like an admin.
But when you hover over the share arrow it comes up with the copy link email line. Now if this function actually worked the main folder would be updated when members share information. But its not working. It shares the folder but no updates are being seen.
